Back to Big Bay

We have come full circle and are back at Big Bay on Stuart Island. This was a quick one night stop over as we had to pick up the fishing boat. We ran three more rapids from Blind Channel to Big Bay so it was timed with precision.

As we left the following morning, we did a quick "drive by" across the bay to get a look at the noise makers. These are not logs, it is a colony of sea lions and boy, they are loud. 

This was the final stop in the Broughton Islands. The next stop was the Discovery Islands.
