‘Sold’

We couldn’t believe it, the house sold in 4 days. A second offer was coming at the same time until they learned we had a full offer and they then backed out. But as the process continued, a third (back-up) offer is waiting in the wings in case anything changes. But we are done with all the negotiating and now we do the countdown to closing.

It has been fun to reminisce with our families of all the fun memories we had in that house and it is bitter sweet to see it go. We are ready to continue on in Arizona. God is so good to us and we are so grateful!
